Mallow sauté
Ingredients
500 g mallow leaves washed, drained and chopped 1 large onion sliced 2 garlic cloves crushed 0.25 cup olive oil Salt and pepper Lemon juice
MOP
Fry onions until pale golden brown, remove from oil Sautee mallow with garlic, pepper and salt in the same oil Cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes Transfer to serving dish, add lemon juice to taste and cover with the onion Serve with bread as a meal or salad
