Ingredients
0.5 kg of Mallow 1/2 cup of olive oil or ghee 2 cups of burghol 2 onions (or 5 if green onions) 2 cups of water 1 teaspoon of salt

Clean and chop the Mallow. Fry Khubbayzi in preheated oil Add Burghol Add water while still cooking Add onions and salt Leave it cooking for 15 minutes
