Ingredients
500g of Waterparsnip 700g of tomatoes 100g of green onions 1 teaspoon of salt 4 teaspoon of sumac 1 item of lemon juice 0.33 cup of olive oil
MOP
Wash Waterparsnip discard the stems , then chop finely Wash and chop tomatoes into small cubes Wash and chop green onions finely Mix all ingredients together Add lemon juice, sumac and olive oil
