Burghol with Bull's eye
Ingredients
1 kg of halabloub 1/2 kg of burghol 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 onion 1/3 cup of olive oil
MOP
Wash halabloub to remove the dirt and rinse it several times Chop into small pieces Boil until soft Add soaked burghol and salt Fry chopped onions with olive oil until light brown. Add the mixture to the halabloub. Can be served with yoghurt
