Wild Thyme salad
Ingredients
1 Kg of wild thyme 200 g of green onions 3 tomatoes 1/2 cup of olive oil 1/3 cup of lemon juice 1/2 green pepper 1 pomegranate

Remove the stems. Clean the leaves thoroughly (keep aside). Chop onions and tomatoes finely. Add to wild thyme, lemon juice, pomegranate, salt, and olive oil Mix all ingredients
