Dried Eminium stew
Ingredients
100 g dried rubbed Eminium leaves 250 g lamb meat cubes 1 medium onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon salt 0.5 teaspoon allspice
MOP
Sautee onion in oil until pale golden color Add meat, salt and spice and sauté until meat is slightly browned Add water to cover and cook until meat is well done Add dried leaves and continue cooking on low heat for 7-10 minutes Serve hot with bread or rice
